Tribute to David Coates

It is with great regret that we announce the death of former Swanley Mayor and Councillor David Richard Coates, who sadly passed away at 4am this morning.
David was also Chairman of Sevenoaks District Council in 1995/6, and also served as a Councillor on the Greenwich Borough Council, before moving to Swanley.
Our condolences to his wife of 61 Years, Kathleen and his children and family.
David had a long history of serving the people of Swanley and Sevenoaks, and will be fondly remembered by all.
