The Cock Inn, in Camberwell Lane, is undergoing work.
This is a Grade-II Listed building. See the full listing information.
The Parish Council have contacted Sevenoaks District Council as the work being carried out may be being done without the proper Listed Buildings Planning Consents.
An Investigation Officer from SDC visited the site on morning of the 9th April.
It would appear that part of the project is to make a new entry point from the front door which will require the removal of a wall. This will need consent and planning permission in respect of this work before works start.
