Lib Dems – the real alternative in Sevenoaks

Congratulations to Tony Clayton and his hard-working team who came within 400 voted of snatching Sevenoaks Town away from the complacent Conservatives on Thursday.

Many thanks to everyone who voted Lib Dem in the county council elections across Sevenoaks and Swanley.

Lib Dems are now firmly back as the main opposition to the Tories in Sevenoaks, and surged to 18% across the country as a springboard to taking back seats in the June 8 general election.

The Tories are now wearing the Hard Brexit cloak of the rapidly disintegrating UKIP, while Labour remain split and in disarray over Jeremy Corbyn.

Only the Lib Dems offer a strong and coherent alternative to five more years of a cash-strapped NHS and schools starved of adequate funding, with a Conservative government obsessed with Hard Brexit.
