KEMSING LIB DEM CANDIDATES MANIFESTO FOR MAY 2015 FROM MARGARET ROBARTS AND RICHARD WASSELL

STRONGER RURAL ECONOMY

  • Protecting village life – supporting local business
  • Save our local shops, post offices, banks, and pubs
  • Providing faster rural broadband
  • Campaigning for better bus services – Local Lib Dem campaigner Margaret Robarts has been fighting to save your vital Saturday bus services

FAIRER SOCIETY

  • 20 mph speed limits near village schools
  • Protecting rural GP and medical services
  • Tackling rural crime – more police and special constable visibility
  • Improve provisions for rail passengers on the Darent Valley line – better disability access and services at Bat & Ball and other stations
  • Keep fracking away from the North Downs
  • Build affordable housing on appropriate sites

“Protect our precious village, its vital services, and its lovely surrounding countryside,” say Kemsing Liberal Democrat campaigners Margaret Robarts and Richard Wassell.
